The steel Gancini buckle is made from raw ungalvanised steel, produced through a zero waste production technique and polished using a process that recovers and recycles wastewater, infinitely recyclable, while the custom patterned sole is made with bio- based TPU content. The upper is stitched by hand as part of an artisanal process known as “Tubular", an exclusive method used only by experts to ensure a supple and light finish, and the sewing thread is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester.
