Sam Edelman Black Boots

Such a beautiful pair of boots. They have very minor scratches on the heels (pictured) and also one of the sides where the brown leather shows is bent very slightly (pictured). I bought them online and they were slightly bent when I got them, and even customer support said it wasn’t bad enough for them to send me a new pair. Size 8 and real leather
