I have 3 questions (sorry to be a pest) 1) Can you tell me what the European sizing is? 40, 41, 42 can all be interpreted as an American 10, but it can make a difference in the fit. 2) Can you measure the calf circumference? Not being able to try them on can make fitting a challenge 3) Can you measure the shaft height? I really appreciate your help.
