Yes, I feel they run tts. I am in between a 6 and a 6.5 in many brands, and these were just a bit too small for my taste. I would need the 6.5. I "could" wear them, but they would not be comfortable for very long. So yes, they run tts. If you wear a 6 in most brands then these will work very well for you. They are VERY well made, and stunningly beautiful.
