Sam Edelman Tinsley Black Matte Chelsea Boots

Size 9 Sam Edelman Chelsea boots in a black matte material. These are waterproof material (rain boots) and are very comfortable. Fit true to size. Elastic sides so very flexible and easy on/off. Near new condition, I only wore them one time on a trip to NYC. Great for fall and winter season! Note there is a smudge of dirt on the right boot toe (front) that might be able to be cleaned off completely.
