Sam Edelman navy/rust "Emma" blouse NWT Size M

Sam Edelman "Emma" blouse in navy, dark blue, rust and some burgundy small floral print. Light and flowy 100% polyester with elastic "cuffs" on full sleeves that measure appx 24" shoulder seam to end of sleeve. The blouse is a pullover with a tie at the ruffled neckline and the length measures appx 24" from shoulder to flowy hemline. Flattering ruche detailing that runs about 9" from shoulders on each side in the front (pictured). NWT
