It is super stretchy though! In excellent condition. No flaws noted. Please excuse the photos as the dress is too big on my mannequin & I’m not clear on all the various ways to tie & drape the fabric. The stock photos show ways to wear it. The hips are not much bigger than the waist (but it is super stretchy). 44 in hips is my best estimate. Drape yourself in an embroidered starry night sky on a luxurious Midnight stretch velvet. This dress is so adjustable and stretchy it will fit like a glove. The dress can be worn backwards as well for a more revealing look and a front (or back) slit in the middle that is 12 inches long. This ties in the back and is wrapped around like a belt. The straps are also adjustable and it has elastic at the waist on the back of the skirt.
