sammy @abowman06 confused. Do u have to add anything or is it all in here? I do Medifast and the "food" sucks but shakes are good. Thxs! I'll try a sample if I don't have to add anything. Thxs. abowman06 @sammy hello! This shakes are amazing because they work and they taste GREAT! With these shakes, you lose weight you need to drink two shakes a day in replace of any 2 meals of your choice. I drink one for breakfast and one for lunch then enjoy a healthy dinner with my family, but I can mix it up if I need. What I LOVE about these shakes is that you can make them any way you want. The original shake is using this powder and add it to 8-12oz of non fat or skim milk. However, their is 100's of ways you can make these shakes. You can blog on the site to get recipes, I can send you a few samples, there is an app or you can get some on pintrest! I have lost 35 pounds drinking these shakes and I know you can be successful too. The shape kit when u order comes with flavor inserts so if your a chocolate fan you can easily make this chocolate, or strawberry, peach, orange and so on. abowman06 @mbolodeoku it is sweet! However, there us 100's of ways to make these shakes using the protein/vitamin powder. Using the powder and non fat or low fat milk it's semi sweet, if you want to add to the sweetness there are ways to add chocolate, peanut butter or other food flavors that you enjoy. If you want to have less sweetness add fruit and yogert or use a banana and orange juice! It really is what ever you prefer! I will email you lots of info shortly and give you some recipe ideas but more recipes can be found on pintrest or the ViSalus website! I have lost 35 pounds using these shakes and im grateful everyday that I started using them. As for the sample, I an currently out and probably won't have anymore for a few weeks!
