Samuel Blue vintage jacket and dress set size 12

Samuel Blue vintage Union made jacket and dress set. The jacket has shoulder pads and notched lapels. The dress top has ruched shoulders, a faux wrap look with an elastic waist. Tag says size 12 but this is a vintage size 12 so please check measurements. This is a turquoise blue green color. There is a small mend on the edge seam of the skirt portion of the dress but it's not visible on the outside, see picture.
