Samuel Dong Ruffled Taffeta Dress

Samuel Dong exquisite dress in dark aquamarine teal. Has high neck at back with layers of ruffles. The front of this dress has a full zip closure. Layers of ruffled detailing down front center, and throughout the skirt. Slip pockets letters are coyly hidden at sides, under the second ruffle down. Bust is 19”, waist is 16.5”, and length is 38”. Fabric and care tags removed, but dress is dry clean only. Flawless condition!
