BNWOB SAS Metro loafer size 8.5 medium but fits more like an 8 with the insoles inserted. Only ONE set of insoles come with shoes. Absolutely gorgeous leather, exceptional construction and comfort. Sadly, just a little too small for my wider foot when the insole in is place. If your feet are narrow, they'd probably be a true 8.5 based on measurements. I could have gone up a half size for a perfect fit, which is why I'm listing this as a possible size 8 as well. My loss is your gain, these retail for $175.
