San Diego Hat Company Hat Sun Straw hat Sz O/S

Bel Cappelli Hat Company, San Diego Hat Co. Women's hat, one size fits all. Black and light tan in color. There is a small tie around the hat. The brim measures about 2.5" in the front and about 1.5" in the back.  The measurement from the brim to the top of the hat is about 4.25".  The measure around the interior is about 22". Spot clean. 75% paper, 25% polyester New with tags.  Please see photos.
