Sanctuary Anthro Velvet Purple Off Shoulder Top

Velvet off shoulder / exposed shoulder Sanctuary blouse top in a rich royal purple / violet color. Arm holes underneath the ruffle tier. “Striped” velvet pattern. Material is nice and thick, and entire top is lined for comfort. Women’s size small, but might fit smaller medium as well. Too big for Riley, so we never took off the tags. Anthropologie brand.
