Sandals Made in Mexico size 29

NWT Lovely Tie up white sandals. Made in Mexico says US size 29 MX size 26. Measures 10 1/5 inches across the bottom of the shoe. They were a gift brought to me from Mexico but fit too small. I am a 9 1/2 for reference. Some peeling on one insole. please see pictures above. New never worn.
