Splendid vintage 70's black velvet heavily embroidered ethnic dress. Fringe on the edge and soft to the touch. Black soft velvet with an empire waistline and a sweet heart neckline. Short sleeve with a wide band of floral embroidery and 4.5" tassel fringe on the cuff of the sleeves. Long black flowing skirt with a matching embroidered bottom and even more fringe. Zips down the back for closure.
