High top sneakers / booties with almond-shaped toe -- black leather & suede exterior with wide laces & silver loops, saddle brown padded leather interior. Suede on the tongue embossed in almond-shaped "scales". Comfortable, good walking shoes with flat rubber soles. Stylish, classy streetwear. Purchased in Paris and wore no more than 10 times before I brought them home and suddenly didn't have the confidence to wear them anymore. Flaws: normal wear & tear, plus a rip in the leather around the heel, worn around the creases, one of the shoelace plastic ends frayed off, and some of my facial vitamin C stained the interior while they were in a suitcase once.
