Sandy Liang Fruit Printed Dress

I bought it here on Poshmark and it was advertised as a medium but I would say it fits a small much better. It had buttons missing so I’m moved the ones from the back to the front and sewed the back shut to be able to wear to work but it just didn’t fit me. I washed it and ironed on very low heat and it came out perfect! The tag says 42?!?!?
