Gorgeous Sandy Starkman tiered silk skirt Multiple different patterns separate by silky ribbon with metallic threads running through Other small embellishments include sequins and metallic discs Skirt is lined Elastic at the backside of waist 100% silk Tagged as a size small Measures approximately 15” across waist laying flat - elastic at backside as well as there is a zipper on left side Measures approximately 35” long This skirt is in very nice condition. There are several areas I found where there’s a slight variation in the fabric. I’m not sure if this was intended or not. There may be a missing sequin or disc though I didn’t see any - one is loose. Elastic may have lost some of its stretch along the years but still appears in good condition. I didn’t see any damage or tears upon inspection. From a smoke free home.
