Sangria Tweed skirt

Diagonal tweed with a ribbon and bow off center at the bottom. Little accents of yellow and red splashed throughout. **** the hemline isn’t straight. I never noticed it until I spread it out for a picture. I’m sure while a person is wearing it, it won’t be noticed. One of the measurements pictures looks like the waist is 15” across. It’s just the material moves. The last picture I’m holding it down. It’s 16” across on the waist.
