Sangria size 10 black & neon green/yellow skirt

Sangria size 10 skirt, in a floral like pattern in green, black & a neon yellowish-green with a solid black trim along the bottom. There is a left side zipper with metal hook. 100% cotton and machine washable. 16.5” waist, 39.5” wide along bottom, and 22” long. Tag says “2 piece set” however only skirt available. Second to last pic shows minor loose seam at zipper-only visible when pulled apart. Last pic shows color and pattern up close. Pre-owned with no holes, snags, stains, pilling, or tears.
