Plaid pleat skirt that has panties instead of lining flexible in wear and movement. The pleats are sewn-in on top and released towards hem. Elastic in the back, side zip. Approximately 16" long, 13" wide across the waist seam measured flat without elastic stretch. I am S and it fits me. N
