Sans Souci for Target Strapless floral mini dress

Brand is Sans Souci, purchased from Target. Print is a Navy blue background with small pink roses. Never seen a dress in this material before. Great for a windy day, the material is so stiff it will never blow up! Has a rubber like guard around the top of bust line to prohibit slipping. Back zipper. Like new! Worn probably 3x. Materials are Polyester and Latax so it has a good stretch to it. Measurements are approximately Bust: 34-36, Waist: 32-36, Hip: free, Length: 25inch
