Sapphire Blue Donna Ricco NY size 10 dress

This is a gorgeous dress to wear as a wedding guest or special occasion. Size 10 but this is very form fitting in my opinion... probably more like a size 8. Sapphire blue color with black band under the chest and black ribbon tie down the back. This zips up the side. Only worn once and dry cleaned.
