Sapphire Blue Embroidered Romper

This beautiful romper has a royal blue embroidery detail. It is off the shoulders with long sleeves. Has pockets as well as a tie in the front (does not tighten). (Runs small, it fits me like a size medium) For reference, I am 5’3”, athletic build, 135lbs. Typically a size small or medium.
