Sapphire Silhouette Dress

This is a beautiful silhouette dress topped with navy blue velvet material, very well darted and fitted at the top and has a big beautiful light blue satin and tulle skirt that flows beautifully and lights up the room. Makes me think or soothing water, or Elsa from my favorite movie Frozen (1 and 2). It’s perfect for a party, recital or dress occasion particularly at Christmas.
