This pendant of vintage filigree has a Labradorite cabochon on the front and a antique medal of Virgin Mary on the back. Designed to be reversible. The gemstone chain has 1.7 mm faceted tiny Sapphires. The shortest length is 15 3/4” inches. Using the gold filled extension chain and clasp the longest length is 18 3/4” inches
