This is a gorgeous fine jewelry necklace from Kay jewelers that looks to be new. Estate sale piece. They no longer sell this exact one, but very similar ones run about $165 and up. It is rhodium in silver tone with lab created sapphire and diamonds. v- shaped collar style piece that is classic. The chain is 16" and V adds 3", plus the drop.of sapphire is .5" in size.
