Navy blue floral blouse with Victorian style buttons, lacey collar, and shoulder pads from the 80s/90s. There is no size tag but fits like a M/L In used condition but still gorgeous! See last two pics that show wear and tear to buttons (can only be seen up close) and the small (about 1/2") rip on the left shoulder (which is hardly noticeable due to the shoulder pads underneath) Approximate measurements: 9 1/2" sleeves 19" arm pit to arm pit 20" length
