Sarah Campbell Floral dress

This is a quality dress. the upper bodice is an Black eyelet material. in the back it comes down into a v-shape. pleated skirt in the back with a satin tie in the front. there's places for your bra straps to be snapped into place. the top is lined black and the bottom is lined white. no stains, rips or tears in great used condition. approximately dimens ion waist measures 14 in from pit to pit is 18 in from the top of the strap to the bottom of the Hem is 38 and 1/2 in. please review pics and ask questions prior purchase
