This boutique brand dress is so nicely made. It’s crisp, 100% cotton fabric with grosgrain ribbon between the tiers. Tiers on side panels are offset to create extra fullness. Flirty, feminine, button down, baby doll style. Slight ruffle at collar. It’s never been worn. Spare button is still in hanging plastic sleeve, but tag is no longer attached. This is one of those rare boutique brands that is cut loose enough to fit extended sizes/plus size.
