This little punk number has been in my closet since ‘98. It’s a side-zip schoolgirl skirt and I’d estimate it at a size small. The waist measures 14” flat with no stretch - this is the old-school material that almost feels like a legit catholic school uniform skirt. Such a cute green plaid!
