@ssaucke You never mailed back the dress, I am not able to do a refund as we discussed. The only way you get a refund is if you file a claim with Poshmark. I gave you a sizeable discount on the last dress you ordered the price of the "return of the dress" that was never mailed back to me.

Your package should arrive tomorrow (floral dress), you are expected to receive a pink package, please open it!! It will have your bow wrapped in tissue paper. The dress is a gold sparkly dress. This is not the floral one. Floral dress will arrive tomorrow.
For the dress you received in the package (gold dress), would you kindly add this label (attached) and drop it off at the post office? It would be greatly appreciated.

@ssaucke I have a screen shot of the conversation, you received a blush dress that I gave you a label, it was never returned back to me. I still gave you a $100 discount on the floral dress to honor the conversation. Essentially I never received your return dress and I gave you $100 discount on a dress. I'm sorry but I'm very confused as how I am wrong? You didn't like the peach dress so I offered an exchange and you never sent me the dress.

@ssaucke The dress was for a different customer, yours was accidentally sent to her and hers was sent to you. The conversation was your package was mixed up with a different customer. You were supposed to mail back the gold dress the the customer. She mailed you yours. I do not offer refunds, as stated in the Poshmark guidelines. if you feel like done you wrong I would file a claim with Poshmark.

@ssaucke We never agreed that I would give you a refund but I would exchange it. I never received the dress back and I offered you a very generous discount on the last floral dress. $100 discount is very generous compared to the $55 dress you were supposed to mail back.
