Satin Blue Evening Shoulder Bag

2000's and 90's beautiful royal blue, satin, ruffle shoulder bag. 💙 Has a metal chain shoulder strap, small pocket inside, and zips up the top. Would be cute for prom, homecoming, cocktail parties, etc. Only flaw is the front panel is a bit frayed at the top (see photo). This can be tucked and hidden, or perhaps even stitched or glued down.
