From circa the 1990's, an unusual evening jacket made from silk satin bias binding "lace". Looks almost like Battenberg lace, but fancier. Short length, not quite a shrug, but will cover the shoulders and bodice nicely. Unlined, has a peek-a-boo, sheer look. Warm beige color. Some beading throughout with sparkling silvery / clear bugle beads. Scallop-style edge along the front and hem, and straight edge on the tree-quarter length sleeves (perfect for showing off a pretty bracelet). No label or tag. Hook and eye closure in front. Fiber content feels like silk for the binding ribbon and cotton for the lace / netting part. In good wearable vintage condition. Dressy piece for that dress or top that needs just a bit more coverage!
