Satin and silky cowl neck dress. This dress features adjustable straps, a cowl neck and a tasteful slit. I bought at Nordstrom rack about a year ago, and just haven’t had the right occasion to wear it. Never have worn, but have taken the tags off. Super lightweight and looks more expensive than what it is.
