Small bodysuit underwire, adjustable straps, snap closure bottom with hook and eye adjustable band . Full coverage on the front with a opened back. Tags removed so I’m not sure the designer. Very stretchy and comfortable to wear and sleep in. The cup size is probably closer to a C fit.
