Satin floral pattern blouse with letterman jacket style hemming

Beautiful satin blouse purchased at Nordstrom rack. Never worn. The waist line doesn’t sit just right on me. (I have a short waist). It has a wonderful flowy fit to arms and would be great for spring and fall weather
