@yusleyvid it is 14 inches when left loose and 16.5 inches when the elastic in the back is completely stretched.

@yusleyvid I wear a 14 and it fits, just a little snuggly on my chest. The bust area is just a little tight but I am a 36DD. It fits well everywhere else.

@yusleyvid no worries at all, I totally get wanting to be informed. There isnt a lot of give at all except where the elastic is sewn to the top to help hold it up. It has a bit more vertical stretch than horizontal.
