Satin skirt with matching scarf by Tissa Duke

Variegated blue tones crinkle satin skirt has adjustable elastic waist (now at 30") 27"long and 74" wide when fabric is stretched out and about 40" wide crinkled, so would fit an extra large. Elastic in waist will go to about 37"at rest. Scarf is 54" long, navy on one side with brighter blue on the other. New without tags.
