Harlie is the perfect party dress in layers and layers of tulle. Featuring a pleated bodice with a plunging neckline, open V-back, and extra large ruffles at shoulders. The mini skirt is fitted, ruched throughout and features a ruffle trim at the hem. Size 8. New without tags but has a flaw, pictured in last photo. The v neck is torn just a little bit but is an easy fix. Gorgeous red color. Soft tulle material.
