The Saucony Guide 16 is a great everyday training shoe that works well for beginners or experienced runners who want a little extra support and stability. Typically people with flexible arches or who overpronate enjoy this type of shoe best. This doesn’t work for me. I put around 25-50 miles on these shoes. Smoke free and pet free home.
