sneakrrhead If I’m a 22-23 minute 5k runner and run around 20 miles a week, would these be good shoes for runs workouts and races and would they hold up for all of that?

robertkobik Good evening, I like this shoe. I run with Saucony. I run withKinvara,Kinvara Pro along with the shift. As I generally do more than two marathons per week, . 20 miles (4) Times 80 miles a month over about 5/6 months of usage. Rotate a second or even a third pair into your routine. You will easily, use this shoe until August/September? . To this is a warm-up/race day shoe. if you’re not racing, then you would be complementing yourself while doing what other dream about . .
