What is the hip measurement?

@txcowgirl51 29(So 58) at bottom hem 36 (72) at where my hips are and 26 length from shoulder. It is poncho-like and finds your curves as it is a very soft drapey rayon fabric.

I’m just worried it might be too snug at my hip area. Is it loose or fitted at the bottom?

@txcowgirl51 It’s 58 inches around the bottom. If you have a tape measure that would be best to check I think. Or a string and flat measure the string
