laelae97 Hi, what was the height of your shoes / what height person could wear this with flats on? What was the nature of the sleeve alteration? Can it still be worn off shoulder comfortably?

msandrews0113 @laelae97 I wore 3.5 inch heels and I am 5’ 4”! The sleeve originally hung off the shoulder but I had it altered to stay up as a cap sleeve. I wouldn’t say that you could wear it off the shoulder anymore

msandrews0113 @laelae97 it was taken in to be a size 2 not originally size 2 (I asked my alterations person what size it would be considered after alterations). Happy to post additional measurements if needed!

laelae97 @msandrews0113 I see, do you know what size it was originally? I tried on a size 4 recently & it needed to be taken in a smidge

laelae97 But maybe I could fix that. Do you think you could get the measurements from your tailor? I’m not sure if the pictured measurements are foolproof, I think there’s special things you need to do like lay it flat and not really sure how to get the proper width for the bust etc. that way (or you could perhaps let me know your own measurements if it still fits you the same)? I’m interested but not sure if it would be too small since the unaltered 4 was close to the correct fit on me.

msandrews0113 @laelae97 to be TOTALLY honest if you want it off the shoulders probably won’t work because of how the back was altered. But if you are still interested with the current sleeve I can see if the seamstress still has measurements somewhere!
