jpfidler1 @fashionvibe Hi! The waist measurement lying flat is approximately 13". I have some of Savannah Morrow's Cotton Flow pants in a Small with an elastic waist that measures 13" unstretched to 19" stretched. I also have the Flow in a medium if interested.

jpfidler1 @fashionvibe there is no stretch in the waist band of the size small. It has a side zip and is a flat waist, so I don’t think small would work. The medium with the elastic waist would work. Let me measure the hips on the medium tomorrow and I’ll get back to you. :)
