belleetbete Yep my phone was acting up. Thanks! If they weren't dry clean, I would get at least one.

epapken @belleetbete No problem. it's understandable. just to share a secret, I myself stopped doing dry cleaning about 15 years ago after they distroyed my dress. and since then doing gentale cycle or hand wash cycle. never in dryer. flat dry. I've done these skirts the same. they still look exactly as they were when bought.

epapken Please don't feel any pressure to buy them now. But, I'm always happy to share this info when possible. It's all the commercial purpose to sell as dry clean only. the thing is, Cotton is a regular fabric that withstands water better than chemicals. the only items I would be careful with is very fine silk.

epapken I even washed my wedding dress. Came out as good as new. Only if it has any beeds or ornament you want to turn it inside out before washing or put in a laundry sack. I hope you try it next time and safe tons on money. With Neighborly Love.
