Gown worn once, professionally cleaned and is in excellent condition. There is a very, very, VERY faint mark that hasn't come out after cleaning, but it is very difficult to see (in fact it doesn't show up in the pictures I take), on the upper left thigh area of the dress. I don't think it'll be noticeable at all, but want to be honest. Has been hemmed - I am 5'2.75", and I wore 4 inch steve madden Felix shoes. The dress perfectly skimmed the floor with the heels on.

bltsang @ca_closet the skirt was $920? had no idea that bhldn ran that high for skirts! but nevertheless I hope to never spend this much on another item of clothing ever again :)

bltsang @savvybridetobe hi! Yes the dress is still available - I wasn't responding because I just had the dress cleaned (again.. I noticed the dress had some marks that I think were due to the cleaner) and wanted to make update the listing depending on the results. the marks came out, except for 1 very, very, very slight mark. bltsang Poshmark isn't allowing me to put as much detail as I'd like, so here's more: Other slight alterations but NO fabric was cut so they can all be reversed by your tailor. They are: -slight narrowing of cap sleeves to hug my arms better -loosened bust darts -nipped waist a little For reference, I am: 34A 24-25 jeans 36 hips

bltsang hi @suzlbran - i posted pictures - I am not sure if you can see the mark, it's very, very faint. I also realized that there are some minor loose threads that you might want to fix - and have posted pictures too. one on the midriff, that is again, not very noticeable, one on the side, but probably the most important is to get the back button tightened so it doesn't come loose. Thanks!

emclark1116 Hi! I’m a 26” jean. Do you think it will be too tight in the hips? I tried the 4 on in the store but they clipped it everywhere then told me I needed a size 4 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I think the 2 should fit but nervous about getting it. Appreciate the help!

bltsang @emclark1116 hmmmm I'm a 24/25 waist (24 in madewell on a good day, in stretchy pants!) so I think that would be a tighter spot than the hips - the hips are pretty roomy on me (I THINK I'm a 36 hip?). I would order both to try on at home and then return the one that doesn't fit! I wish i'd done that with the 0 and 2 because I felt like the 2 was too roomy on me.

mjminorgordon Hi Becky - Thanks for providing all the details on the dress! Two questions: 1) Did you add a bustle? 2) Since you're 24/25 in the waist, did you have the dress altered in the waist for a 'snug' fit or did you have a room in the waist? I have a 27 inch waist and am trying to figure out how the dress may fit on me :).

bltsang @smilingpuppy I don't think the faint mark will come out with cleaning though - it's been professionally cleaned twice. But it's very, very, very hard to see!
