Say Anything navy/gray stripe cowl neck top

This is an awesome top, with again, the size/care label removed. We remove them because they irritate our skin, then it's a guessing game after that. My model wears a Women's small comfortably, and this looks perfect on her. I measure carefully for you, so go with those numbers, and ask questions, please. This is a great look!! Armpit to pit 17", armpit to bottom hem 19", 28" around approx. waist area, 34" around bottom hem. Tee shirt type fabric but a tighter weave with less stretch.
