Say Yes to the Prom Dress | NWOT| size 13/14 | Swarovski crystals

I bought this dress for my sister's quinceanera, but ended up wearing a different one instead. I wanted it to be a little more glam, so I sewed on a small pearl belt and added Swarovski crystals to the skirt. I did put a lot of work into the sewing and crystals, so that's why my asking price is a bit higher than what I would have put for this dress if I didn't. All 4 straps are adjustable and the top includes padding. 100% nylon 100% polyester
