Says M, fits more like Large- blue sexy belted zip up fancy dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @1bluejeanqueen. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I wear size medium but this is more of a size large dress, this dress is for someone who has bigger hips. Very beautiful royal blue color and the fabric is heavy! Stretchy!
